Liaison & Elision (linking words)
الفاظ کو جوڑنا (Liaison)
LIAISON: a silent final consonant becomes pronounced when the next word starts with a vowel or silent H. ELISION: je, le, la, ne, de, que lose their vowel before a vowel and get an apostrophe.
Tip
In liaison: S and X sound like Z (vous êtes = voo-ZET, deux ans = duh-ZAHN). T and D sound like T (un grand ami = grahn-TA-mee). N sounds like N (un ami = uh-NA-mee).
